Cedarwood essential oil is prescribed in Ayurveda for myriad of benefits for the body and mind. Directions: a few drops of Cedarwood Essential Oil to a diffuser. Dilute Cedarwood Essential Oil in a light carrier oil like Jojoba a regular face wash or a moisturizer such as a face cream or body lotion. few drops of Cedarwood Essential Oil to a regular shampoo and conditioner before applying as usual in the shower. Alternatively dilute few drops in a carrier oil such as Coconut and massage into the scalp for several minutes. Leave this blend like a Fancy Coveron the scalp for at least 30 mins before washing with a chemical free shampoo. For increased effectiveness Cedarwood Oil can be combined with the essential oils of Thyme Lavender or Rosemary.
