I have been having this Chyawanprash since the last 2 years. Previously I used to get cold/cough at least 3-4 times a year, and it would easily last for 10-15 days each, with medication. Having this regularly has reduced that frequency to just once a year, and that too goes away within a week, without any medication. So overall, yes, it has definitely improved my immunity by a great deal. Would recommend it for all. I have also tried some other Chyawanprash in the past, but after having this for a year, when I tasted some other product, I realized the huge difference in flavour and taste as well. Other products felt like I was eating some substandard spices, but not this.
