Please dnt buy this product,I bought this and thrown in dustbin since it has mentioned preservatives: methyl paraben and propyl paraben CANCER CAUSING AGENTS.i was shocked to see this since Dabur is a well known product and good product I heard so far.in this Era even tamil medicine is poisoned and we can't expect good in nothing.very bad DABUR

You can add honey, salt, lemon to suit your taste. Use it may be twice a week only. They say its not habit forming but we never know.
