I've ordered this for elders with tummy issues like - gas and flaunance. It worked great just after 2 uses. However, as it contains "Amla", it may not suit people with allergies. For instance, it did not suit one of my family member and sinusitis was triggered. In such cases, taking the churna only in the day time and avoiding at nights worked.

Dabur Triphala Churna has not been cleaned properly. There is minute sand particle in every teaspoon of churna. One can feel the particles in the mouth. I have hurt my tooth once.

I am an avid user of Triphala for quite some time and used to feel better. Trusting the brand "Dabur", I have blindly brought 2 packs.Feeling a bit different these days with regards to my digestive fire.... So checked my bottle for any sidee effects. To my horror, discovered the use of parabens for preservatives...Label has Ayurveda, but the lacks the soul of it...Note to self : be more alert when buying even buying from reputed brands.Odd times we live in
