Quality is low as I have used seeds from True elements and they charge 1rs/gm. So this is good at this price but not best. U cannot eat it simply As taste is not up to mark. U have to put it in smoothie or sumother stuff.

The product quality is good. Thankfully no wastage of material or money on fancy packaging.Quality of the seeds is also good but Sesame and Flax quantity is more. Part of it should be replaced with Watermelon, Sunflower and Pumpkin to make the taste much better.
