Package contains 2 plastic bags of husk. All received in good order and condition.Take it with enough water, otherwise you will suffer from constipation. It's helpful will diarrhoea.Nowadays or food doesn't contain enough fibre. Especially if you eat white rice or other refined grains. Husk easily increases the intake of fibre on a daily basis. So the intestinal track get a good exercise.The taste isn't much. Just add it to your smoothie, muesli, smoothie bowl or dessert.
