It's helpful will diarrhoea.Nowadays or food doesn't contain enough fibre. Especially if you eat white rice or other refined grains. Husk easily increases the intake of fibre on a daily basis. So the intestinal track get a good exercise.The taste isn't much. Just add it to your smoothie, muesli, smoothie bowl or dessert. I have been consuming for a week , I can feel the effect. My bowel movement became better. Smooth flow of stool. I had issue of hard stool especially in the morning. My doctor advisede to take Isabgol. Out of two isabgol products i used, this one from Baidyanath is effective in improving bowel movement. I will recommend for those having constipation.I was consuming this isabgol with milk and oats in the morning and with just milk in the evening. You may read the guidelines.

Works well! The trick to this product which they don’t tell you is when using it, it requires warm water and to sit for a little while like yeast. But once I figured that out thank you YouTube it worked really well
