Okay So i was thinking of immunity boosters for my bro for a long time now. When i bought these, I was a little doubtful about its effectiveness, taste and smell and also the size of the tablets. I could say the tablets are small and easy to swallow. No bad smells and also more useful during this rainy season where infections are at their peak and we need to boost our immunity. This product has an immediate effect. The first week I used it, I could feel more relaxed and calm. I’m someone who works a stressful job, so getting good sleep and being able to think under pressure was necessary for me. Besides my meditation practice, this product has worked well in combination with other supplements like magnesium citrate, and vitamin b12 complex.I have noticed, when I stop taking the supplements- the calmness wears off.
