The packaging shows that there must be 20 tea bags but , I ended up getting only 17. Although the product couldn't be returned but just a call with Amazon customer service and the problem was sorted. I got this for my father, he said it tastes just like regular green tea and it does really help him get a good sleep. Just ordered another 2 packs, he likes it.
