Don’t expect it to magically cure insomnia. I wasn’t able to sleep for almost a week when I ordered this. At first it made no difference. But within a week of drinking it, I could see myself returning to my older sleep schedule. Love this tea and my day is now incomplete without it.

While the product promises attributes like sleep and relaxation, it turns out that this tea was just like any other mild green teas which are nice to drink. The flowers look great when preparing the tea. However, it has no effect of inducing sleep as is the case with pure chamomile tea from any big brand.

I did prepared as per the instructions and had it by around 11 keep it in a tea pot. The frangnance is like mild and calming and the flavour is like a melody and we enjoyed had drank it. Taste wise no bitterness at all. No sugar required. Excellent taste. After having it within 5 minutes not able to open the eyes and went to sleep in sometime. Usually having the habbit of using phone before sleep. But this time not able to do anything. Dozed off very soon and very fresh in the morning. Thank you. It does what it says.

This tea is high on flavor and scent. Dont know if it really induces sleep, but for sure it has feel good effect. A good quality of tea infuser is required as some ingredients are in form of fine particles. The effects of the ingredients used in this tea have to be (scientifically) proven yet.It gives a good taste when supplemented with honey.
