I had earlier tried wheatgrass powder only once, and it was by Girme's. I had bought it for no particular reason. It was okay, but way too expensive, and still is.Now, two years later, I was having some problem and decided to try wheatgrass. As other similar products are very expensive for the product they are selling, so I was searching for a reasonably priced wheatgrass powder.This product seemed to be better than others as far as price was concerned (Rs. 345/-), and also ratings were not too bad, so I decided to buy it.I received a fresh product which was manufactured in the same month (Sep 2021) in which I ordered it.I had asked a couple of questions here on Amazon regarding the product. Answers by seller were just Yes or No. Seller needs to do better than this. Some answers by seller say that it is pure and preservatives free.So far, I have used it for around 20 days, and it may have helped in resolving the problem that I was having. It also seems to work on acidity problem.The taste and color are fine. It is not too green, so I don't think that any color is added to it. There are no lumps etc. and powder is fine. Every morning I put it in a glass of lemon water, mix it and drink it empty stomach and in one go.Only one thing that I don't understand is Nutrition Facts on the label. How can there be 8.8 grams carbohydrates in 4 grams powder?Otherwise, so far so good. I may update my review, if there is something of value to add.I will repurchase it, if I feel the need, and if the price is kept reasonable.Update 17 Dec, 2021: I have finished this jar. It took me around two and half months to finish it. I had it every single day. There is a spoon inside the jar, but is very small. I only found the spoon, when half of the jar was finished. Because the spoon is small, it is almost useless.On finishing the jar, I can say that this is as good as any wheatgrass powder can be. Wheatgrass may or may not have any scientifically proven benefit, but it seems that, it may help in bringing fasting blood sugar down by around 10 points, and also may be able to otherwise help in controlling the blood sugar to some extent. But I cannot say for sure. In addition, it may be able to help in acidity problem.Update 23-March-2022: I have tried Vedtatva Wheatgrass powder as well. Even though the taste and packing of that one is not as good as this Urban Platter one, but 500 grams of that sells for around Rs. 400. But Vedtatva Wheatgrass powder is not as smooth and not everyone will like the taste of that one. So first time user should try this urban platter one.

Wheat grass powder is suppose to be healthy. But this one contains 8.8 g pf carbohydrates in 4g of powder and just 1 gram of fiber. All added sugar I suppose. Please don't buy if you value your health.

This product claims to be 'Organic' but does not have India Organic logo certificate from APEDA approved body. Amazon should not allow such misleading claims without checking documents.
