I tried using in different to extract maximum flavor but it's tasteless. I am used to fresh Kaffir lime leaves and just a couple of leaves crushed w/ your spices and roasted in oil can add the most beautiful southeast asian flavor to your dishes. This is deeply disappointing!

My mom's cooking can be pretty bland, but this baby turns that into a gourmet meal! Just crush it and cook it in some hot oil and pour that over your meals to make them delicious. Can be crushed and used for a lot of other goodies as well #IYKYK

Don't buy any products from URBAN PLATTER.,One of the worst company in country, it's not at all Kafir Lime Leaves, it a normal leaves, I'm a frequent travel to Thailand and used purchase Kafir Lime Leaves in Bangkok, I blindly believed that Amazon always does the quality check and then only they allow to sell in their Platform.,Both Amazon India and URBAN PLATTER are fooled me...Friends don't waste your Money and Precious Time by buying this USELESS PRODUCTS from URBAN PLATTER

I did not really expect any aroma and/or flavours from the above product in any case. I live in an area where the supply of fresh Kaffir lime leaves is very erratic and therefore wanted to try it out. I am a consumer of many other urban platter products and therefore expected certain quality checks and controls. This product is just like any dry leaf that you can pick up from the ground. No flavour, no smell and most probably no health benefit. It was a real waste of money BUT one that I expected.
