I was quite sceptical before getting this as this one offered the cheapest creatine among all the well known brands... which made me think about the quality but I'm impressed now. It's finely micronised which makes it easy to absorb and although it takes atleast 21-22 days for creatine to get saturated in the muscle tissue, I can already feel the improvement in my strength. If you're a beginner, start with consuming 3g daily with one glass of water... Either mix in a glass of water or just take a scoop in your mouth and swallow it with water. Consume good amount of water daily stay hydrated. All the best ??.

I ordered it for the second time. Good to have and not adulterated. If creatine suits you then go for it. For me, it didn't show a significant effect. It contributes a tiny bit. I'd say it's 5-10% of your gains. Diet, rest, and workouts still remain the most effective.

ASITIS nutrition please look into this matter and kindly change your packaging. Try using a container like MuscleBlaze, ON, GNC, etc. Otherwise the product and it’s authenticity is totally worth the purchase. That too at such an affordable rate. Just kindly change the packaging.

It's a good product at a reasonable price but the solubility is very bad. Most of it settles at the bottom no matter how much you shake the bottle because of how large the crystals are.
