I have been using this one for about a month now. The only problem I have with it, is that it creates a lot of froth when I mix it with water using a shaker. In the image, you can see the froth layer. That layer is actually after I shook the bottle, then kept it on the table for 5 minutes. Even after 5 minutes, the froth doesn't go away. Other than the froth, this protein powder is pretty much what it says it is. It is flavorless, but it isn't odorless. It smells like those milk powders if you remove all sugar from milk powder and make the smell weak. As for difference in muscle gain, 1 month isn't enough to give any review on that. I might update my review for that in the future.
