1. This is not coconut oil. Its a derivative produced from coconut oil2. Contrary to many claims, it does not provide you with any energy boost3. The C8/C10 is excellent to satiate you and give you the feeling of fullness. This in turn will help you eat less. Eating less (calorie deficit keto diet) will in turn produce ketones. Resulting ketones will burn your excess body fat as fuel for the body and that is how weight loss happens. (some basic exercises must be included daily)4. It is important to note that if you are consuming carbs along with this product, then you will not benefit from this at all. Carbs will prohibit the production of ketones5. Carbamide Forte's MCT Oil product is good value for money but the ratio of 60:40 of C8:C10 is quite low. It should be at least 70:30.

After a lot of trial and error I found applying this MCT oil mixed with 3-4 drops of tea tree oil (I used the Rey's brand) every night before sleep and then after a few weeks shifting a to a few nights a week (once the dermatitis has gone away) helps me keep the dermatitis at bay. Along with this using ketoconazole shampoo once in a while also helps.Not a cure but still a good natural method to help.
