But, for people like me, who have lesser appetite, it is very difficult to meet the required amount of nutrition from the diet alone. So I have ordered these chewable tablets. The best thing about these is that it has Tribasic Calcium phosphate as the main source of calcium. Most calcium supplements have calcium sulphate which is difficult to digest and creates constipation but calcium phosphate is very easy to digest and mixed fruit flavour also makes this one tasty. I've started to like it!
