I am taking 1 to 3 tablets a week. Taste is ok. Not sure it's working correctly in my body. Anyway it has no side affects you can purchase it. It's chewable. 4 star because not sure it's really meeting the requirement of calcium in the body.

It helps in faster absorption of calcium hence good for our bones. It is vegetarian product so i can easily consume it without any hesitation.
