Don't increase your sugar level by using this product. I bought this product for my mom before using this product her sugar level was 140-180. After using this product for two weeks it raises to 280-400. I don't recommend this product.

I am using this medicine since 4 months. I am diabetic since 6 yrs aprx with usual range of 350-400 sugar in blood. I was initially on insulin, then shifted to Janumet 500/50 two tablets daily. I stopped one tablet and substituted with this medicine diabex. That time my HBA1c was 7.6. Yesterday report says it's 7.0 with fasting 72. Now, I will take 2 tabs of it daily and skip Janumet. It's effective.
