I have personally tried shakes from Herbalife and other well-known brands. When I saw this product and its ingredients, I wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately, the taste is bitter, it makes you hungrier, and it feels hard to digest. It failed for me on all parameters. Now, since I purchased it, I have to finish the box. If it really contained the protein as mentioned, it shouldn't make you feel hungry. This is the only shake that has given me this feeling. I suggest staying away from it; there are better options available.
