Earlier I used Naturyz ZMA and i could feel better sleep in only 2 days. But since it was costlier, i decided to try Healthvit. But I am seeing that i not sleeping well, like i did with Naturyz, inspite of keeping my workouts and diet exactly the same. Looks like they have just mixed some random powder in their tablets.
