I recently got a terrible cold and for the first time in my life my voice was actually gone. Like srsly, I've had so many colds and coughs over the years but never did it affect my voice that badly. My throat was so sore and all I could rely on were these Koflets and sipping honey every few hours. But the honey sipping is difficult to do when you're outdoors ?? so I just popped these candies one after the other whenever I was outside. They really brought my throat back under control. This tablet being ayurvedic gives relief from dry cough. Has no side effects. I suffer from dry cough all 365 days a year but tried this and found great relief. The Koflet syrup is more effective though. This tablet can be used as an alternative to syrup while travelling as it is easy to carry.
