I would definitely trust Himalaya any day when they say each scoop has 22g protein, rather than trusting the unregulated newbies from the neutraceutical industry. Plus the long scoop is a real delight. It’s a struggle to scoop out the scoop with almost all other brands.

the stars are only for himalaya brand, the taste. The powder does not dissolve in water or milk. Chunks are created. I tried using a good shaker as well as adding ice cubes, but the powder chunks stick to walls.

Packaging was ruptured while receiving product. Tear was there. Amazon doing some cheap tactics. Two different products packed in one package. One was this and other was clothing Material. Clothing material should sent in with different packages. For beginners this Himalaya quista Pro is good. But whey protein per scoop should be more fortified should be 28 gm per scoop.

I ordered this Quistapro Himalaya whey protein 2nd time because of couple of reasons , trusted brand , taste is good , power herbs added , no sugar and quite effective to build my stamina and endurance.I chose healthy lifestyle and generally take this with water , but when extremely hungry and skip my meal ..then I take this with milk and gives me fuller feels ??

Used for the 1st time. I would recommend it if you are budget specific. Like it will give a good result but not that much compared to other whey protein like ON, Ultimate Nutrition & MuscleBlaze. In 1st 2 weeks, I only used this as my post workout drink, but wasn't satisfied by the result as I used the other above mentioned proteins before. So then I used this with my breakfast & ON as my post workout drink. It felt good & gave better result than results got by ON alone & Quista pro alone.

I bought it because of less sugar, but since it is not found well to digest, I would recommend MB muscle blaze products rather than Himalayas.

Flavour is awful,,God knows about absorbancy,, dissolves very easily,,no problems like mucus or cough as some people complain with other protein products. Overall apart from flavour it's a good product.
