It really a good product from himalaya and have 58 servings for 2 months and it comes sealed packed on the cap and inside it have a QR code to verify its original or not open cap thier is a QR code with a sealed box in it. Scan it fill your details and it will tell you weather the product is original or not on that time. But i have a kidney stone it doesn't suits mebut it suits my brother and its really good. Only 10% people doesn't suits this product and other 90% really suits it . So i remmend this product who doesn't have any kidney related problems.

When I bought it 5 times and gave good result but this time the taste and the density of the product is not good as before hopefully it is not a fake product. For kind information, Whenever a new product launches in the market the quality is always good but later quality decline to get more profits. I hope Himalayan will not do that. If so then it's shameful

Can't really say the effectiveness of this as I am working out at home in this lockdown. However, the results are still good and I feel better, active, healthy and gained little muscle. Working out with dumbells and gym equipments and then using this powder would have been a better indicator. Still, highly satisfied. Good value for money product compared to American brands like ON, Dymatize, Muscletech, etc. Got 2kgs at Rs. 2250.
