This protien tastes and texture feels like your are drinking Complan. All over nice product. Although this protien did not suited to my body at first as I had a stomach run down but now after a week of usage, there no problem.I think we can now rely on Indian products also.

But my friend I tell you Himalaya has made breakthrough and cost effective product for our pockets .Its not the supplements which make you attain a good physique just consuming why protein wont get you a chiselled or even an atheletic physique . First thing you need to start eating a lot of good and clean food .Thats why its known as an “supplement”.About the product this is my second box in the row I dont fell constipated ,flavour is genuine i seriously feel pitty on these people who say that this whey doesnt have good flavour by they way “Do you ask for flavoured medicines tablets and syrups?”Mixability is good .My current deadlift -170 kgSquat- 120 kgBench-90 kg.And again I say its a supplement not your diet or staple food . You have to eat to grow . Neither does any whey protien in this world comes with magic spells that once you consume it you will look like your Arnold or any phsyique you admire .????

I liked this powder, though the amount of protein is a bit less than what you would expect but the amino acid profile is wide. You get 3 types of whey protein, soy protein and it also includes 3 medical herbs which help in faster post workout recovery. I have never joined a gym, I prefer to workout at home without weights and I have observed good results. Post workout recovery is amazing. At the time I wrote this review I have ordered my third box of this powder. I don't think I want to switch or look elsewhere anytime soon as long as I'm getting results. Definitely recommend. It tastes alright. It actually tastes good with milk but I feel it works better with water.

The chocolate flavor is bang on and really tasty. Make sure you mix 180 to 200 ml water only. It has good mixture of ayurvedic herbs which increases it's efficiency. However, the mixability of the product is poor. You need to use a shaker for good results. This is one good product but I am sure it will take the to gather market because of the market hype preferring only the protein supplements produced abroad. Otherwise you can be assured that you will get genuine product from a company like himalaya
