It's cost is very high and if you want good amount of protein then go for BIG MUSCLE brand, currently I'm using BIG MUSCLE GLOD WHEY PROTEIN which costs about 1200 and offers 3gm more protein than himalya quista pro and big muscle gold whey protein's mixability with milk is 5 out of 5.

This protein powder has very high amount of Taurine. Instead of essential amino acids such as Methionine, Valine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Valine, Lysine, Tryptophan and Threonine. this contains loads of Taurine. The essential amino acid profile is not mentioned in the supplement / nutritional facts, hence, it is absent. It just has Whey and high amount of Taurine as an amino acid which body easily produces unless someone is sick. Hence, as a gym supplement, this product is a weak. However, I rate it better than Muscleblaze supplements. Until today, I am unable to find an Indian supplement that contains all essential amino acids. The only available product is in a capsule form called Astimin Forte from a company called Tablets India Ltd. That's a great product but being in a capsule form, it doesn't give the feel of a protein supplement. I think, the best way is to stick to eggs, chicken, fish and dry fruits.

First of all one word about quista Pro is the good product. I not able to know to tell about the all over result but after doing hard exercise I take it from three days and I don't feel any tiredness in my body. Second thing its directly selling by the amazon not from any third party seller so no chance of fake product. Some person told that taste is not good. I think they are foolish person because its not a chocolate its a heath supplement and taste is ok no issue in that no any side effect I found till now. Mixablity is good and whole day I feel energetic my self after running and walking of 7 km in morning and after doing of strength exercise. The rte is good I got it in 1600 rs. Go for it u never will feel cheated. Enjoy the exercise

I bought this product a month ago. First thing is it's a himalaya product so you can blindly trust the product and do check the himalaya seal when you receive it. Second thing is the protein content you get with it is 55-65% per scoop...i.e,22g per 35g, which is low due to added herbs for muscle recovery and carbs for flavour plus it comes with BCAA extract. Third thing is the result you get is slow...means if you go for body mass, this is not the protein for you, if you go for muscle mass, then it's for you and for the sports and fitness enthusiasts,this is the best you can have...either 1 heaped tablespoon in milk or a scoop in water depending on your nutrient intake. OVERALL the product is good, the taste is better and the product is best.

Flavour is Chocolate as mentioned.Giving 3 Stars only becauseHIMALAYA Company should put a Plastic tight wrap like lock on the LID Cap so no one can tamper.When I opened the Lid there is a tight carboard seal inside on the mouth but the edges of this seal were crushed as if some one tried to open it. But sea? was tight shut.HIMALAYA Company should put a plastic seal on the outer Lid Cap

Himalaya Quista pro advance is my first ever whey protein that I used in my life. Trust me it’s an awesome product. Protein gets easily blend in water. I have never tried with milk as I am on my fat loss process. I am using this product for past 4 months. It’s a genuine product as you get the barcode to check its authenticity. There are many famous brands in this field but I am not taking any chance. Since I loved this product very much.
