I have been using this product for a long time. It works 100%. It is one of the few brands which give a 10mg melatonin in 1 single table. You will start feeling sleepy within one hour. Do note that after sometime it will build up tolerance and you will have to increase the dosage. Also use this only if necessary otherwise your body stops producing meltonin naturally. A few other supplements which I have used to increase my sleep quality are Patanjali Medha vati (two tablets at night 3 days a week as it builds tolerance), L-Glycine (highly powerful use one in 3 days), Myoinositol and L-tryptophan. You can use them all or as many combinations as you like.

USED THIS PRODUCT FOR MORE THAN TWO AND STOPPED BECAUSE IT KEEPS YOU LAZY THE WHOLE DAY AND HEAD ACHE IS ALSO THERE. INITIALLY I TOOK ONE TABLET THOUGH THE SLEEP WAS GOOD BUT YOU GET HANG OVER NEXT DAY I TRIED TAKING HALF TABLET BUT THE SITUATION REMAINS SAME. THIS IS EXPENSE PRODUCT COST 600 RS IS A MERE WASTE FOR ME. I HAD SENT MAIL AND ONE DIETITIAN CALLED AND ASKED ME TO STOP FOR FEW DAYS AND SEE. I STOPPED AND FOUND THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ME NOW I AM OK NO HANGOVER HEADACHE ETC.
