Generally I am not into intake of any vitamins or minerals. But to increase immunity I ordered on trail basis these vitamin c capsules from Himalayan Organics. I use to take 1 capsule at night after night. And within 10 days I could see the changes in myself. I was suffering from hairfall but taking this capsules I notice the difference.

These tablets smell horrible and give me acid reflux. I have purchased vitamin C from Whole Foods and usually, those ones have a citrusy smell and no side effects. But these capsules are a different story. If you open these capsules, the powder inside reeks of turmeric. I’m not even sure if it’s legit Vitamic C.
