Been taking it for pain relief and sleep and body pain. I do see positive effects.

I started experiencing cramps after consuming it , earlier there were no cramps pretty strange. It suppose to help with cramps and sleep . I don't understand how seller claims for things but actually it just a "FAD" . Many people just feel placebo effect, not sure of actual therapeutic effect.

Finally some Indian brands are Thankfully making Magensium glycinate supplements, it would be good if 1 tablet/capsule would provide at least 250 elemental Magensium?which is minimum required dose ?so we don't need to take 2 tablets/capsules?!

This is Untested or unregulated product, always hurted my right side below the ribs if i take it the next day. Tried Multiple time to make sure. I am currently taking Magnesium L Threonate Ordered from the US, not a single problem with that. I have also taken milk of magnesia water previously and i respond well to those without any issues. I would suggest you to buy from US or make milk of magnesia water at home cheaply for the better results except for zinc. Remember you are not a test subject to these companies.
