I took a vitamin D test which showed very low levels of Vitamin D so I was looking for a supplement. InLife reviews were what attracted me to try them. Having just started them, cannot talk about their efficacy.In terms of delivery, got them at 10 PM the same day when I ordered in the afternoon which was gr8. All in all, happy with the delivery / packaging et. al.

I did enough research before ordering D3 Supplement online. My wife's D3 count was very very low. As a result doctor advised her to take 60000 IU tablet once a week for 8 weeks. This to me looked like too much going into the body especially when D3 is fat soluble and not like B vitamins that are ware soluble.So instead of such a huge dose, I advised her to take this ones which are 5k IU. So roughly 5-6 times the daily requirement. I thought it going to be safer than taking 60000 IU.Interestingly she already took the 60000 IU tab. There were no reactions or any type of problem. I also made sure that its taken with breakfast which has more fatty substances and milk.From week two she started these capsules. She took it at night and by next day started feeling a lot of muscle aches and heat gushes. She had to take cold water bath thrice and a couple of antiinflamatories. So we have discontinued this Supplement.Its my humble advice to take doctor's advice before taking any supplements and above all depend on a good diet as long as possible because food has all the medicines.I had the same kind of muscle ache 3 years ago when I used similar capsules of some other companies. I tried 3-4 different types because I live in Ireland but had same issue. So now I take tablets instead of capsules advised by a friend how also takes the same as advised to him by the doctor. So far there is no problem.

The capsules seem to be 5000IU, one other supp I got seemed to be 2500 IU despite claiming to be 5000 IU. I feel more difference with 2 caps of this vs 4 caps of previous one was needed. Having oil-based makes it easy to consume if not had adequate fat in meals. But it is a bit expensive, I would expect 60 10,000 IU capsules at this price, esp. since OTC D3 supps are so much cheaper. I just take this because I get less side effect from smaller doses.
