Some packets contain contents in pure powder form and the others as shown in the photos. Contents in a sealed packet, how is that it absorbs moisture and becomes in lumps form. Either it may be due to poor quality Packing or else some other reason, which may be analysed at manufacturer 's point. I still have a stock of 2 more packets for consumption. I find no improvement by using this Product. THANK You, RRAO
