I have used Kayam Tablets for 4months and stopped to check whether i am back to normal. Once stopped I am back to constipation problem, gastric, digestion issue etc. Is it safe to take daily..I am 41 years old. Afraid whether it becomes habitual, if I back to office work where I use to travel a lot. Can some one advice who uses this product longer..
