I have been gulping down unflavored whey for quite some time, due to fear of chemical additives. Still I couldn't take the taste of this horrible inedible powder. But there's hack: it becomes tolerable, tasty even after being added to other foods. I have tried it with millet roti. And overall protein content seems adequate. Good muscle gain after starting it. Go for it only if you are lactose intolerant and don't mind 'eating' your protein.
