I have been into fitness for years and have used almost all brands BCAA, I was tempted with the 10:1:1 Ratio and brought this, here is my observation.1. Taste: Pathetic! Tasteless, god know why there is even a mention of flavor on the packing it is a chemical tasting compound and not flavored BCAA2. Packing: definitely not value for money when you see the price you get tempted but take a look at the pictures I uploaded its a tiny box with half filled.3. Results: has no difference on you using BCAA or without, i used for a week and find it not close to 2:1:1 forget this being 10:1:1, clearly its a gimmick!Conclusion: if you plan throwing some money on the road and not picking it back, you might aswell buy this.
