Four star product. This is my second bottle. The review made by me is after using it for almost a month now. 1. BENEFITS:- For pain relief, laziness and dullness.... I got a great change into myself. FIVE STAR ? 2. BURPS:- If u r scared of the dirty fishy burps (as I was before ordering), then don't worry. Even I was quite scared as m a pure vegetarian. Never had eggs before too. (Had to take these red marked medicines though) But It's of a great relief. No burps as such. Rarely few times I felt some flavour(very low- easily manageable) in my throat. FOUR STAR ? 3. Packing is quite satisfactory as both of the packets reached me without any defect. Bt few capsules inside had some issues. Pls refer to my second uploaded pic. So it's suggested, to check all the capsules as it reaches u, and seperate the faulty ones so that it doesnt harm other ones. Try taking the faulty ones first. My first packet had six faulty capsules but the second packet had just one in fault. FOUR STAR ? 4. WEIGHT REDUCTION:- I felt it may help me in weight loss, but I found no change in it. My weight remains the same. But yes it has controlled my appetite/ craving fr food till some extent. TWO STAR ? 5. TOTAL CAPSULES :- I read reviews stating less/more capsules. But for me, both the packets had total of 60 capsules (as mentioned). FIVE STAR ? 6. RATES :- Amazon is giving good discounts which satisfies me well. FIVE STAR ? SO GUYS... GO FOR IT IF U R LOOKING UP TO CHANGE UR LIFESTYLE TO A BETTER ONE. I FIND MYSELF VERY ACTIVE AFTER USING THIS PRODUCT.

Hopeless product. Do not buy it for the cheap price. All the pellets/tablets are tightly sticking to each other; one would be afraid removing them as it might burst. The tablets are stinky and your hands are going to get stinky when you have to desperatley try removing a single pellet. (And if a tablet bursts; well, you are buying fish oil so its going to stink extremely hard which is why I dont even bother consuming it) Result wise I would not have much to comment as I wont be consuming the product. I WOULDN'T TAKE IT FOR FREE AND WOULD DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMEND IT TO SOMEONE.
