Taste of whey is as expected. I tested for purity of this whey protein powder. It is perfect. Really a value for money. Actually, if you purchase any dairy protein, it is 1Re. Per gram. The difference is in regular milk , you have take the fats and carbohydrates with protein in it. And in skimmed milk powder you have to take carbs alongwith protein. There is limit of carbohydrates in the form lactose (glucose+ galactose) you can take is max 30 gram/day according dietary guidelines. If you want 70 grams of protein, you have to take 140 carbs which is not good for health in any age and plus digestion system gets overloaded. Thus, there is no option to whey protein. Nakoda dairy is doing fine in supplying this whey protein.

I bought their 5kg packets nearly 5 times and now I see they have serious QC issues. Though the prices started creeping up they still had competitive pricing. But then things changed. My last purchase received in Feb had Sep packing date. On opening I noticed the packets had spillage and had white residue. I checked the weight of each package and everything looked fine so I left it at that. But then opening the packet and measuring the scoop showed something was off. The normal scoop as per them was 35g was now 32-33g which means the volume was off. Upon mixing previously the product had a thick consistency but now it was completely watery and the taste was off. I tried reaching out the company here on Amazon and over email - at the same time. They responded to Amazon message saying to reach out them over email. They responded to email with "no issues" even when the taste has degraded So, now I have wasted 7k product lying with me and I am afraid of consuming it.

I ordered a 500 gm pouch of concentrate to get an idea. I was able to verify the product online with the pin that's revealed after scratching. The zipper pouch doesn't get sealed, it remains open no matter how many times you try. I had to transfer the powder to a different pouch of another brand that I already consumed. Packaging can be improved. Protien is ok. As a concentrate, it's not bad. It works. Now I am ordering it's isolate to see how it is. Will post a review after using it.

I am reviewing this all new whey concentrate by Nakpro because the source has been changed from 2021. Previously the whey imported from US and now from Europe. I have tried some budget whey proteins. Most of the are just maltodextrin in the name of whey protein concentrate. But this one as per the lab fogiene life science came out around 74% in chocolate flavour and would be bit more in unflavored version. That makes best in it's budget range. I personally suggest everyone to take unflavored whey protein. To make taste you can add a tsp coffee or a banana to make a good natural flavour whey shake. Mixablity is great, though I use blender to make it with cold water and ice cubes. As flavoured versions have artificial sweeteners, essence and other unnatural things to taste better. But trust me the unflavored whey has it's own natural taste like of good quality cow milk. It makes so yummy cold coffee shake with Davidoff instant coffee. Also it would have more protein than flavoured versions. The product quality would be great but if you're a beginner don't expect something magic will happen immediately. Bodybuilding and gaining muscle mass is a slow process. We should keep in mind it's just a good protein supplement and not the main source of protein in your diet. You should take a scoop daily immediately after your workout for the best results. But should focus on dietary protein sources like milk, curd, paneer, daals, sprouts, rajma, chana, soya and eggs, fish, meat if you're a non vegetarian. It's always advisable to take multivitamins daily like wellman after your lunch for optimum results.

Having taken whey from last 2-3yrs n from different companies like MB, Myprotein, Asitis I decided to taste this one after watching a youtuber's video. I don't have any issues with raw protein regarding digestion. Earlier have taken ASITIS but was not happy with last order due to too much foam formation after shaking but with nakpro very less amount of foam is formed an believe me there is no issues like mixability, digestion or bloating. Taste is almost similar to asitis. My only request to the manufacturer will be to maintain this decency regarding the quality and affordability. Kudos NakPro
