5000IUs is a good amount for daily requirement. Even though we live in India, we need atleast 2-3 hours of Sun exposure to meet daily dosage. Nature's Velvet tablet has the right amount and no smell to it. Easy digestable and no burping. Take one tablet a day after breakfast or lunch, sunce Vit-D is a fat soluble Vitamin. Not recommended to take during night time (might affect sleeping in some people). Body can absord Vitamin D better with help of Vitamin-K.If company can mix Vitamin-K to the tablet it would be even more helpful
