My vitamin d was 21.56 when I got tested, if you are deficient in vitamin d doctors recommend 10000 ius daily or you can take 60000 ius sachets per week, I was taking 3 pills a day with milk for 1 month and 20 days just got tested vitamin d now is 63 which is pretty much in the middle of the healthy range which is between 30 and 100 , so overall it works but you need higher amounts than expected.Note : once your vitamin d is in normal range only take one pill a day, no more than that ; Or it can cause vitamin d toxicity.

The package arrived earlier than listed and came in a very good condition. The seal was intact. It also doesn't smell bad as other vitamin D3 capsules. It also doesn't taste bad. It's easy to swallow due to its oval shape and small size. I will recommend this as it doesn't even contain any harmful preservatives as other vitamin products
