Most affordable 5000 IU option.Can't substantiate on its potency/absorption. But these softgels are dark in colour, giving you an illusion of potency. Hah.It's 5000IU. I have been taking 5000IU twice a day for about 6 months now.60k IU weekly pill isn't an option for everyone. As a heart patient I get severe chest pain and extreme discomfort with that 60,000IU softgel.5000IU twice a day has been my way of getting enough Vit D3.Edit - Sep 2023 - These continue to be my preferred choice. I reduced the consumption from twice a day to once a day and have still been able to manage my Vit D3 levels well albeit a lil lower now. Might swap between twice and once a day every alternate week. Can't beat the affordability.
