I don't have vitamin D deficiency but was recommended by doctor as I do gym daily. I have been using the product for past 1 month. The capsule are easy to swallow of 5000IU which is very affordable. Hence it is worth buying.

My vitamin d was 21.56 when I got tested, if you are deficient in vitamin d doctors recommend 10000 ius daily or you can take 60000 ius sachets per week, I was taking 3 pills a day with milk for 1 month and 20 days just got tested vitamin d now is 63 which is pretty much in the middle of the healthy range which is between 30 and 100 , so overall it works but you need higher amounts than expected. Note : once your vitamin d is in normal range only take one pill a day, no more than that ; Or it can cause vitamin d toxicity.

I think it's 3800 ius instead of 5000 but still worth every penny

I use this as one of my nutrition supplements / vitamins. I don't get enough d3 as I work from home so need an artificial source but this one is good and I'm happy with it! Being active with my fitness on a weekly basis I feel this is a good addition to my nutrition for muscle and bone immunity.

I have been using this softgels for 3 weeks I have noticed some very good changes in my overall health. In past after the office hours my legs are paining so hard that it was very difficult for me to bear that pain but after taking this Vitamin D 3 softgels the pain completely vanished after 3 weeks. 5000IUs is a good amount for daily requirement. Even though we live in India, we need atleast 2-3 hours of Sun exposure to meet daily dosage. Nature's Velvet tablet has the right amount and no smell to it. Easy digestable and no burping. Take one tablet a day after breakfast or lunch, sunce Vit-D is a fat soluble Vitamin. Not recommended to take during night time (might affect sleeping in some people). Body can absord Vitamin D better with help of Vitamin-K. If company can mix Vitamin-K to the tablet it would be even more helpful
