Satisfactory, but Naturyz bottle/ container is easy to get tampered and needs improvement to enhance trust as outside packaging is only taped with Amazon cover. The cover and seal beneath the bottle container is easy to be tampered with. The seal beneath is not sufficient being very small and also easy for it to be opened and resealed even by inserting something else or you getting less capsules, without anybody to get to know that it had been done. It is MUST to use a good sealed bottle with some holgram etc and tamperproof big seal inside too. There was one capsule less inside one bottle but none of the capsule in the first bottle was broken/ torn, however the 2nd bottle had one less capsule too together with a broken/ torn capsule, so others had become sticky therefore few were joint together. Nothing major at least other capsules were safe and received alright.

The effects after taking the capsules came on day 2-3. There was a definite surge in energy throughout the day.My hair fall problem had pushed me into all sorts of remedies but they were all more-or-less a fail but after having these I could actually see the change. Size is too big to gulp down with water. Sometimes it makes you puke. Also it makes your poop stick to the toilet seat, maybe this issue is only with me.

I used this product for 3-4 months ... It's a big capsule but still ready to swallow,I don't know about if it helps in pain relief but yes it is very high quantity of Omega as per capsule . So use 1000mg then 1200 after that I moved to 1400 one . PeopleRecommend to drink lot of water (yes it is mandatory bcuz it is expected you're taking high dose and must be having heavy diet plan) but it doesn't mean you need drink too much to swallow it.

These have a little piece of fish oil when you "swallow" them however by and large great - "might be troublesome" for a couple to swallow. Expectation and wish they are that much worth as the jug shows results after using more than week are quite satisfactory but this have postive impact over my health so choose wisely for fish oil either go with cheap and other products or with standard and effective ......
