As nutrabay claims it contains glanbia provon which is one of the best quality of protein. For those of you who don't know about glanbia, Glanbia is the parent company of optimum nutrition, and it is one of the largest dairy industry. While mixing it in a shaker you get lots of froth which doesn't settles quickly and it's a good sign of isolate. Also the mixability is quite good. Go for it at this price segment.

I follow a strict regimen that includes tracking my diet and weighing myself on a daily basis. I had consumed Nutrabay in the past and found it satisfactory. However, the current batch is below par. I was bloated and put on fat/flab after 4 days of consuming it. I think it's more of a mass gainer and not that suited as ISO protein. I am sharing my experience with the product, and as food is subjective, it could be better for someone else. I'll not buy it again.

It could be a good protein if it was not made from stale (sada hua) whey. When you drink a good whey protein without any flavour it tastes like you're drinking boiled milk which has been cooled but this whey protein tastes like stale milk.
