I am writing this review after using for 2-3 months. I had problem of irregular periods. I took 2 capsules daily for 2 months. My periods was on time and most important Pain was Zero. Earlier I used to have horrible pain. It made my periods smooth. My flow decreased but it also gave my period flow back to normal. I take these capsules for period pain along with Iron tablets. You will not feel any pain..infact u will feel that you are even not on ur periods. Thank you for such a wonderful product
