To the start with the cons, the flavour isn't great when mixed just with water and it is very gritty. For the first few days we really struggled to gulp it down. To move on to the pros, you can improve the flavour if you make a smoothie with frozen bananas, ice made of coffee, cocoa powder, flaxseed powder, chia seeds, a little bit of vanilla, cinnamon and your milk of choice (we used coconut milk) and whatever else you want to add to your smoothie. With this recipe, it's quite delicious and easy to consume.One scoop keeps us satiated for 3 to 4 hours with the above recipe. We haven't experienced any sort of allergic reaction to it so overall can't complain and would give it a 4 star because it is improvable.

This protein is one of the worst ones I have tasted. The chocolate flavor is just sugar without any taste of chocolate. It's grainy as well. And I have 2kgs of it. Hope I get used to it over time, otherwise it will be difficult. Also, there is better protein content in some other vegan proteins and cheaper prices here at Silkrute itself with good rating. Look them up.
