Me and 2 other friends had the tablet at 10pm expecting a sound sleep. We all were wide awake till 3am. Absolute waste of money, just fancy packaging and tall claims. Also the tablet spoils the mouthfeel at night for sure.We tried it again last night, no results again. Definately not recommended.

Size of tablet is small and easily dissolve in mouth with tinkling effect I am taking it from last 4 days but for me after taking it only make you sleep for mostly 1 hour and doesn't have much effect and long lasting effect till now I didn't feel like having deep sleep
