Yes, it does work.It got me to fall asleep within 20-30 minutes.But I got a headache and dizziness the whole day.I do recommend but it depends on how your body reacts. Even am writing this review with headaches and dizziness in my head.

Don't buy this thinking it's a sleeping pill which will knock you out immediately. Also, some reviewrs have mentioned after effects! Guys, learn to read about ingredients before adding any supplements to your life. Human body takes time to adjust to any supplement and things mentioned here are typical initial effects of melatonin. Nonetheless this product does what it says. Great buy for the price and same day delivery by Silkrute is bang on.
