I can say that I received the product quickly and in good shape. As for the efficacy, really up in the air. The CFU of each bacteria is really small so will find out if it works. What I can say is that Inlife doesn't have a clue what they are doing. I received an email saying such and such person is an in-house expert who one can ask question but who do I write to? There is no email or link to post questions to. The product is very unclear whether the bacteria is live or freeze-dried and I am yet to hear from Inlife on my questions that I wrote to Inlife through Amazon. I really will use caution buying this product until the company comes clean on what the product contains and whether in the effective form.
