The quantity of resin is less than 25% of bottle size. I don't think the quantity of resin is 15 grams. I see in photos where 5 stars given, quantity is more. Also, there are more comments on less quantity. Since this item is non-returnable, can quantity be very less ? Kindly consider for refund.

Don't use the spoon that comes with it because it's seems copper but its painted and after a while the paint starts to ware off and dissolve into the water when you mix it in water.

Shilajit by nature produces a lot of thermal effect on body, so ensure you are well hydrated and take lot of fibre food. Better to consult an ayurvedic doctor before taking it.
