Colour of the water becomes pale brown which is the clear indication of pure shilajit. From the second day of use I am getting the effect. I am feeling much more energatic than previous. Recomended for every age who have less body strength. Take in the morning with hot milk in empty stomach and at night before sleep for noticable effect.
