Misleading Title in Amazon Page. This does NOT contain Elemental Zinc 30 mg/capsule. It contains Zinc Gluconate 30 mg which means 4.29 mg Elemental Zinc per capsule. The title in Amazon page is misleading. I had a chat with a Zenith Nutrition representative. They said that each capsule contains Zinc Gluconate 30 mg, and each 10 mg of Zing Gluconate has 1.43 mg of Elemental Zinc. That means the Elemental Zinc content is 4.29/capsule. Don't buy it if you are looking for elemental zinc of 30 mg/capsule. Thanks.

I had my doubts when I placed the order because usually I buy zinc from NOW foods but due to the lockdown they couldn't deliver so I tried Zenith instead. I was pleasantly surprised, it works a lot better than I thought it would. It helps the resistance power of the body for sure. One tablet after a meal works best. I took a picture so that people would know it's a real review and not paid fake review.
