There was no such damage with the comb except for some scratches on it which we often come across even when we buy from the stores. Packaging was fine. It’s light weight and seems to be quite sturdy and durable - you can give it a try! Shall update this review if I notice some changes with my hair becoming less frizzy.

Got broken just like that in less than a year.. Although the quality of teeth is very good, the quality of the Comb itself is not great. The handle is not strong enough. I have used local combs also, and none of them has broken since more than 10 years..
